Phoibe (altgriechisch Φοίβη Phoíbē, deutsch ‚die Leuchtende‘, in älterer Transkription auch Phoebe) ist eine Titanin der griechischen Mythologie. Sie ist die Tochter des Uranos und der Gaia, die Gattin des Titanen Koios und von diesem Mutter der Asteria und der Leto und damit die Großmutter des Apollon, der Artemis und der Hekate. Nach Aischylos war sie nach Gaia und Themis Inhaberin des Orakels von Delphi, das sie anlässlich seines Geburtstages an Apollon weitergab. Eine Darstellung Phoibes findet sich am Südfries des Pergamonaltars, wo sie mit einer Fackel in der Hand gegen die Giganten zieht. Begleitet wird sie von ihrer Tochter Asteria, die ein Schwert hält.
