Als Polonisierung (polnisch polonizacja) wird die Akkulturation von Minderheiten in Polen an die Mehrheitsbevölkerung bzw. die Verdrängung von deren Sprachen (z. B. Deutsch, Litauisch, Ukrainisch, Belarussisch, Kaschubisch) durch die polnische Sprache bezeichnet. Ein älterer hierfür synonym verwendeter Begriff war Verpolung.
