Polycarpus van Smyrna (Oudgrieks: Πολύκαρπος ὁ Σμυρναῖος) (ca. 69 - Smyrna, ca. 156) was bisschop van Smyrna, het huidige Izmir in Turkije. Hij stierf als martelaar.
