Diagnosis Proceratophrys brauni is a small to medium-sized member of the bigibbosa group (snout-vent length 30.0-34.6 mm in males, 38.9-39.8 in females). It is identified by the pointed tip of the snout in dorsal view and the palpebral ridge usually consisting of three distinct protuberant tubercles.
