プテロダクティルス (Pterodactylus ) はジュラ紀後期に生息していた翼指竜亜目の翼竜。世界で最も古く報告された翼竜である。テロダクティルスと表記されることもある。 学名は古代ギリシア語: πτερόν (pteron; プテロン)「翼」 + δάκτυλος (daktylos; ダクテューロス)「指」の合成語で、前肢第4指が伸張して翼となっていることから名付けられた。ただし命名後に明らかになったことであるが、この翼が指によって支持されているという点は他の全ての翼竜にも当てはまる特徴である。
