雨（あめ、英語: rain）とは、大気から水の滴が落下する現象で、降水現象および天気の一種。また、落下する水滴そのもの（雨粒）を指すこともある。大気に含まれる水蒸気が源であり、冷却されて凝結した微小な水滴が雲を形成、雲の中で水滴が成長し、やがて重力により落下してくるもの。ただし、成長の過程で一旦凍結し氷晶を経て再び融解するものもある。地球上の水循環を構成する最大の淡水供給源で、生態系に多岐にわたり関与する他、農業や水力発電などを通して人類の生活にも関与している。
