Régine Chassagne (born 18 August 1977) is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist musician and singer, and a founding member of the indie rock band Arcade Fire. She is married to co-founder Win Butler. She was born in Canada, her family having emigrated from Haiti during the dictatorship of Jean-Claude Duvalier, and she grew up in St-Lambert, across from Montreal.
