Rope is a strong cord made by twisting or laying together multiple strands of fiber, designed to be flexible yet durable for gripping, pulling, and securing objects. It has been essential to human activities for thousands of years, from basic tasks like tying and fastening to critical applications in construction, maritime work, and safety.
