Rovaniemen Palloseura is een in 1950 opgerichte voetbalclub uit Rovaniemi, in Fins Lapland. De club speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het “Rovaniemen Keskunkenttästadion” dat plaats biedt aan bijna drieduizend toeschouwers. Naar Fins gebruik wordt de club doorgaans aangeduid als RoPS. Het clublied heet "RoPS 'n roll".
