風疹ウイルス（ふうしんウイルス、Rubella virus）は風疹の原因となるウイルスである。トガウイルス科ルビウイルス属に属する唯一のウイルスである。 一本鎖RNAウイルスであり、その中に含まれるE1遺伝子はウイルスの検出に役立っている。構造としては正20面体のカプシド構造で外側はエンベロープで覆われている。直径60 - 70nmである。 ヒトのみを自然宿主とし、感染により風疹ウイルス感染症を発生させる。感染予防のための弱毒風疹生ワクチンも存在する。
