Säyneinen is a village and a former municipality in the present-day North Savo region of Finland. During its existence as an independent municipality, it belonged to the Kuopio Province. Together with Muuruvesi, it was consolidated with Juankoski in 1971. Juankoski, in turn, was consolidated with Kuopio in 2017.
