第二次ポエニ戦争(だいにじポエニせんそう、羅: Secundum Bellum Punicum)は、共和政ローマとカルタゴとの間で紀元前219年から紀元前201年にかけて戦われた戦争。ローマ、カルタゴ間の戦争はカルタゴの住民であるフェニキア人のローマ側の呼称からポエニ戦争と総称されるが、この戦争は全3回のポエニ戦争の2回目にあたる。 またこの戦争において、カルタゴ側の将軍ハンニバル・バルカはイタリア半島の大部分を侵略し、多大な損害と恐怖をローマ側に残したため、この戦争はハンニバル戦争とも称される。
