Shangrao (shàngráo 上饶), formerly known as Xinzhou and Guangxin, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangxi Province. It is located in the northeastern part of Jiangxi Province, at the intersection of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Haixi Economic Zone, and the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
