Sibel Can (born Sibel Cangüre; 1 August 1970) is a Turkish singer and actress. She became a dancer at the age of 14 and later started her music career. She was born in Karagümrük, Fatih, Istanbul, as the first child of Engin Cangüre and Emine Gül Sezer Cangüre.
