Simonida Nemanjić in serbo: Симонида Немањић? nata Simona Paleologina Σιμωνίς Παλαιολογίνα (1294 – dopo il 1336) è stata una sovrana serba, fu una , figlia dell'imperatore di Bisanzio Andronico II Paleologo ed Irene di Monferrato, divenne regina consorte del regno di Serbia come quarta moglie di Stefan Milutin, alla quale venne data in sposa all'eta' di 5 o 6 anni, mentre il marito ne aveva 40.
