点火プラグ（てんかプラグ）は、予混合燃焼式内燃機関において混合気に点火する装置である。電気的に火花（スパーク）を発生させる方式のものはスパークプラグ (英: Spark plug)、電熱線または燃焼熱によって金属を赤熱（グロー）させる方式のものはグロープラグとも呼ばれる。プラグと略してよばれる場合もある。 プラグは栓を意味する言葉であり、戦前から戦後間もなく頃までは点火栓（てんかせん）の純日本語訳も用いられていた。レシプロエンジンを搭載する航空機業界では今日でも時折使われる事がある言葉でもある。
