It was first announced as an electoral alliance on 4 December 2023 by Kateřina Konečná, leader of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSČM). The alliance consisted of KSČM, United Democrats – Association of Independents, the Czech National Social Party and independent individuals. On 10 October 2024, it transformed into a political party, founded by Daniel Sterzik, who was elected as the party chairman in March 2025.
