海峡植民地（かいきょうしょくみんち、英語: Straits Settlements、当時では叻嶼呷、1826年 - 1946年）は、19世紀から20世紀前半にかけてのマレー半島におけるイギリス植民地の名称である。1826年に、東西交通の要衝マラッカ海峡に面しているペナン、マラッカ、シンガポールよりなる植民地として形成された。1886年からココス島とクリスマス島が、1906年にラブアン島が編入された。 なお、マレー語に忠実に記すとすれば、「ピナン」「ムラカ」などと地名を表記すべきであろうが、以下はイギリス支配下の行政区としての海峡植民地についての記述であるので、英語の発音に準じて地名を記す。
