STS-2 (englisch Space Transportation System) ist eine Missionsbezeichnung für den US-amerikanischen Space Shuttle Columbia (OV-102) der NASA. Der Start erfolgte am 12. November 1981. Es war die zweite Space-Shuttle-Mission, der zweite Flug der Columbia und die erste Mission, bei der ein wiederverwendbares Raumfahrzeug erneut in den Weltraum gestartet wurde.
