Šúľance (, literally Rolls, singular: šúľanec, dialectally bedere, cibliky, cikoški, kokocíky, kokoški, kokošky, šuferle or škorce) are Slovak potato gnocchi typically prepared with sugar or poppy seeds. The name of the dish comes from the Slovak word šúľať, which means “to roll”.
