Svijany () is a municipality and village in Liberec District in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants. It is known for the Svijany Brewery.
==Geography== Svijany is located about south of Liberec. It lies in the Jičín Uplands. The highest point is at above sea level. The municipality is situated on the right bank of the Jizera River, which forms the southern municipal border.
