Tarcy Su (simplified Chinese: 苏慧伦; traditional Chinese: 蘇慧倫; pinyin: Sū Huìlún; born October 27, 1970 in Taipei, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese singer and actress who was popular in the 1990s during her recording days with Rock Records. 蘇慧倫 (Simplified: 苏慧伦 Pinyin: Sū Huì Lún English:Tarcy Su) 蘇慧倫（Tarcy Su，1970年10月27日－，天蠍座、台北市出生），是一名台灣女歌手、演員。有傳每次剪短髮，各方面也會行大運，故有「短髮教主」稱號。蘇慧倫的姊姊蘇霈（本名蘇愛倫）也是個歌手，擅長演釋老歌。 蘇慧倫於台北市懷生國中畢業後，入讀華岡藝校戲劇科。她當初在朋友(柯一正老師)介紹之下去試音，之後便與朱雀文化製作簽約（由滾石唱片發行），於1990年３月以鄰家女孩姿態出道，發行首張專輯「追得過一切」，清新的形
