جزيرة طَرِيف (بالإسبانية: Tarifa تاريفا)‏، هي إحدى بلديات مقاطعة قادس، التي تقع في منطقة الأندلس جنوب إسبانيا، تبلغ مساحتها 419 كيلو متر مربع فيما يبلغ عدد سكانها 16.058 نسمة وفقاً لإحصائية سنة (2002). سميت هذه البلدية على اسم القائد الفاتح طريف بن مالك عام 710م. قال عنها الإدريسي في كتابه نزهة المشتاق في اختراق الآفاق «فأما جزيرة طريف فهي على البحر الشامي في آخر المجاز المسمى بالزقاق ويتصل غربيها ببحر الظلمة، وهي مدينة صغيرة عليها سور تراب ويشقها نهر صغير وبها أسواق وفنادق وحمامات وأمامها جزيرتان صغيرتان تسمى إحداها "القنتير" (isla de las palomas) وهما على متقربة من البر ومن جزيرة طريف إلى الجزيرة الخضراء ثمانية عشر ميلاً تخرج من الجزيرة إلى (Guadalmesí) وهو نهر جار ومنه إلى الجزيرة الخضراء.»
