التُروالية (توروالِی) إحدى اللغات الهندية الآرية المحكية في بعض المناطق في باكستان. يقطن متحدثو التروالية في ناحية وادي سوات وفي قبائل وادي «بیشیگرام»، وكلاهما محاط بكُوَر بشتوية وكجرية وأشوجوية. فعموما، تنقسم سوات كوهستان إلى قسمين جماعيين: قسم شمالي يتكلم أهله الكالامية، وقسم جنوبي يكثر فيه الترواليون، الذين يتحدث الذكور منهم بلغة البشتو بطلاقة.
