渡边俊幸（1955年2月3日－），出生於日本愛知縣名古屋市，日本作曲家、編曲家。他畢業於青山學院大學，曾是「赤い鳥」樂團的鼓手。父親是作曲家渡邊宙明。 佐田雅志出道以来担任其作品编曲，现在是其制作人。

Toshiyuki Watanabe (渡辺俊幸) (born February 3, 1955, in Nagoya, Japan) is a Japanese musician and composer who has scored several films and anime, most notably the three "Rebirth of Mothra" films during the 1990's. He also scored SEGA's epic videogame masterpiece - "Shenmue" - in 1998. The soundtrack gained him wide critical acclaim.
