Vassílis Tsitsánis (en grec moderne : Βασίλης Τσιτσάνης), né le 18 janvier 1915 à Trikala et mort le 18 janvier 1984 à Londres, est un compositeur grec et un joueur de bouzouki. Il est devenu l’un des principaux auteurs de musique grecque. Tsitsánis a écrit plus de 500 chansons et est connu comme étant un joueur de bouzouki particulièrement doué.

He became one of the leading composers and singers of rembetika, banned in Greece during its early years, and in the later laika style. Tsitsanis was born in Trikala. From a young age he was interested in music and learnt to play the mandolin, violin and the bouzouki that was the mainstay of so many of his songs.
