nplg.gov.ge →თეთრი ია – (Viola alba Besser). ოჯახი: იისებრნი (Violaceae). მრავალწლიანი ბალახოვანი მცენარეა, უღერო, ივითარებს გრძელ მიწისზედა ყლორტებს, ან ყლორტების გარეშეა. ფოთლები როზეტულია, მუქი მწვანე ოვალურ-გულისებური, შებუსული, კიდეზე დაკბილული. თანაფოთლები ლანცეტაა, ფოჩებიან-წამწამებიანი. გვირგვინის ფურცლები იისფერია ან თეთრი, სურნელოვანი ან უსუნო. ყვ. ნაყ. III-IV. მცენარე იზრდება დაბლობიდან მთის ზედა სარტყლამდე – ტყეებში, ბუჩქნარებს შორის, ბალახოვან ფერდობებზე. კახეთში მისი ნახვა შესაძლებელია ყველგან. გავრცელებულია მთელ საქართველოში .
