蝰屬（學名：Vipera）是蛇亞目蝰蛇科蝰亞科下的一個有毒蛇屬，其分布範圍相當廣泛，既出沒於北非，亦有品種分布於北極圈、英國與及亞洲。其學名「Vipera」來源於拉丁語中的「Vivus」及「Pario」，意指「活體」、「生產」，似乎針對大部份蝰蛇胎生的特性。目前共有23個品種已被確認。
