Een superholte (Engels: supervoid) is een buitengewoon uitgestrekt gebied in het heelal waar geen (of nagenoeg geen) sterrenstelsels voorkomen. Het gaat om leegtes met diameters van 11 Mpc tot 150 Mpc, omgeven door superclusters en zogenaamde filamenten.
