Vyacheslav Petrovich Artyomov, (Russian: Вячеслав Петрович Артёмов; born June 29 1940) is a Russian composer. Artyomov first studied physics at the Moscow University, then moved to music. He graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in 1968 where studied composition with Nikolai Sidelnikov. He became a member of the Union of Composers and ACM - Association for Contemporary Music.
