Woot war einer der amerikanischen Pioniere des „“ Verkaufsmodells im Internet. Auf seiner Webseite woot.com bietet Woot jeden Tag genau ein Produkt zum Discountpreis an. Das Angebot gilt genau 24 Stunden lang. Jeden Tag um Mitternacht läuft das Angebot aus und wird gegen ein anderes Produkt ersetzt. Die von Woot angebotene Produktpalette ist groß, dreht sich aber hauptsächlich um Computerkomponenten und Elektronikartikel. 2010 wurde die Firma von Amazon übernommen.
