Distal-less homeobox 4
Homeobox protein DLX-4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DLX4 gene.
D-erythro-sphingosine kinase
class of enzymes
KRT33A
Keratin, type I cuticular Ha3-I is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT33A gene.
WSB1
WD repeat and SOCS box-containing protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WSB1 gene.
MYH8
Myosin-8 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MYH8 gene.
MED1
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 1 also known as DRIP205 or Trap220 is a subunit of the Mediator complex and is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MED1 gene. MED1 functions as a nuclear receptor coactivator.
SEZ6
Seizure protein 6 homolog is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SEZ6 gene.
KIF1C
Kinesin-like protein KIF1C is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KIF1C gene.
Kif1C is a fast, plus-end directed microtubule motor. It takes processive 8nm steps along microtubules and can generate forces of up to 5 pN. Kif1C transports α5β1-integrins in human cells. Kif1C has been shown to be non-essential in mouse with other proteins able to perform the same function. However, mutations in KIF1C lead to spastic paraplegia and cerebellar dysfunction in humans. These mutations usually result in a total loss of the protein or (partial) loss of function, such as significant lower force ou
GPATCH8
G patch domain-containing protein 8 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GPATCH8 gene.
EFTUD2
116 kDa U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein component is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EFTUD2 gene.
ADAP2
Arf-GAP with dual PH domain-containing protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ADAP2 gene.
MED24
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 24 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED24 gene.
MPP2
MAGUK p55 subfamily member 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MPP2 gene.
HOXB5
Homeobox protein Hox-B5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HOXB5 gene.
ASIC2
Acid-sensing ion channel 2 (ASIC2) also known as amiloride-sensitive cation channel 1, neuronal (ACCN1) or brain sodium channel 1 (BNaC1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ASIC2 gene. The ASIC2 gene is one of the five paralogous genes that encode proteins that form trimeric acid-sensing ion channels (ASICs) in mammals. The cDNA of this gene was first cloned in 1996. The ASIC genes have splicing variants that encode different proteins that are called isoforms.
ALYREF
Aly/REF export factor, also known as THO complex subunit 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ALYREF gene.
PRKAR1A
cAMP-dependent protein kinase type I-alpha regulatory subunit is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKAR1A gene.
HOXB1
Homeobox protein Hox-B1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HOXB1 gene.
SREBF1
protein-coding gene in the species Homo sapiens
C-C motif chemokine ligand 15
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 15 (CCL15) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as leukotactin-1, MIP5 and HCC-2. CCL15 is expressed in liver, small intestine, colon, and in certain leukocytes and macrophages of the lung. It is chemotactic for neutrophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes and elicits its effects by binding to cell surface chemokine receptors like CCR1 and CCR3. The human CCL15 gene spans four exons and is located in a head-to-tail orientation on chromosome 17 with the gene of another CC chemokine known as CCL14.
