nelfinavir
Nelfinavir, sold under the brand name Viracept, is an antiretroviral medication used in the treatment of HIV/AIDS. Nelfinavir belongs to the class of drugs known as protease inhibitors (PIs) and, like other PIs, it is almost always used in combination with other antiretroviral drugs.

umifenovir
Umifenovir, sold under the brand name Arbidol, is sold and used as an antiviral medication for influenza in Russia and China. The drug is manufactured by Pharmstandard ().
fenbendazole
Fenbendazole is a broad-spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic used against gastrointestinal parasites including: roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, the tapeworm genus Taenia (but not effective against Dipylidium caninum, a common dog tapeworm), pinworms, Aelurostrongylus spp., paragonimiasis, strongyles, and strongyloides that can be administered to sheep, cattle, horses, fish, dogs, cats, rabbits, most reptiles, freshwater shrimp tanks as planaria and hydra treatments, and seals.
fenticonazole
Fenticonazole is an imidazole antifungal drug, used locally as the nitrate in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. It is active against a range of organisms including Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Malassezia furfur, and Candida albicans. Fenticonazole has also been shown to exhibit antibacterial action, with a spectrum of activity that includes bacteria commonly associated with superinfected fungal skin and vaginal infections, and antiparasitic action against the protozoan Trichomonas vaginalis.
methyl phenyl sulfide
Thioanisole is an organic compound with the formula CH3SC6H5. It is a colorless liquid that is soluble in organic solvents. It is the simplest alkyl–aryl thioether. The name indicates that this compound is the sulfur analogue—the thioether rather than the oxygen-centered ether—of anisole.

tanomastat
Tanomastat (development code BAY 12-9566) is a non-peptidic biphenyl inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), primarily studied for its potential to treat various types of cancer, including osteosarcoma and other malignancies.

chemical compound
U0126
U0126 is a MEK1/2 inhibitor that is used to study MEK and related signaling pathways. This inhibitor is selective for both MEK1 and MEK2, two specific types of MEK (MAPK kinases) that are elements of the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway. This compound is usually studied in the context of cancer treatment, ischemia, and cellular oxidative stress.
