Abbas El Fassi (/əˈbæs ɛl ˈfæsi/ ; Arabic: عباس الفاسي, romanized: ʿAbbās al-Fāsī; born 18 September 1940) is a Moroccan politician and businessman who served as the Prime Minister of Morocco from 19 September 2007 to 29 November 2011. El Fassi, a member of the Istiqlal Party, replaced independent Driss Jettou.
