Адо́кса (лат. Adóxa) — род травянистых растений семейства Адоксовые (Adoxaceae). Ареал рода — регионы с умеренным климатом Северного полушария. Традиционное род считался монотипным с единственном видом — адоксой мускусной (Adoxa moschatellina), однако в конце XX века было описано ещё несколько видов адоксы, два из которых (если рассматривать Adoxa omeiensis в составе рода Adoxa) являются эндемиками Китая.

The genus was first described by Carl Linnaeus in 1753 in Species Plantarum. The family Adoxaceae is named after the genus.
