伊福部 昭(いふくべ あきら、1914年〈大正3年〉5月31日 - 2006年〈平成18年〉2月8日)は、日本の作曲家。ほぼ独学で作曲家となった。日本の民族性を追求した民族主義的な力強さが特徴の数多くの管弦楽作品や、『ゴジラ』を初めとする映画音楽のほか、音楽教育者としても知られる。位階は従四位。北海道出身。

伊福部昭 (Akira Ifukube; 1914–2006) was a Japanese composer of classical music and film scores, perhaps best known for his work on the soundtracks of the Godzilla movies. Akira Ifukube was born on 31st May 1914 in Kushiro on the Japanese island of Hokkaido, the third son of a Shinto priest. Much of his childhood was spent in areas with a mixed Japanese and Ainu population, and his father, unusually for the time, socialised with Ainu.
