Die Antigenpräsentation bezeichnet in der Immunologie die Präsentation von Antigenen durch Zellen gegenüber Immunzellen. Die so präsentierten Antigene lösen in Folge eventuell eine adaptive Immunantwort aus. Die präsentierende Zelle wird als Antigen-präsentierende Zelle (APC) bezeichnet. Die Antigenpräsentation erfolgt über unterschiedliche Mechanismen. Nicht alle Zelltypen haben alle Formen der Antigenpräsentation. Zellen, die vornehmlich Antigene präsentieren, werden als professionelle Antigen-präsentierende Zellen (prAPC) bezeichnet.
