AVE [ˈaβe] (spanisch Alta Velocidad Española [ˈalta βeloθiˈðað espaˈɲola] ‚Spanische Hochgeschwindigkeit‘, abgekürzt: spanisch Ave für ‚Vogel‘) ist der Markenname der spanischen Eisenbahngesellschaft Renfe für das Hochgeschwindigkeitsnetz in Spanien. Ende 2012 erreichte das spanische Schnellfahrstreckennetz eine Gesamtlänge von 2665 km und ist damit das längste Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnnetz Europas und das zweitlängste der Welt nach China.
