We develop a library of lean startup business experiments and create a library of business model patterns. Both help make complex innovation practice accessible to anyone. We codify years of knowledge and experience into new tools and resources. We develop The Portfolio Map to help companies improve existing business models while exploring new growth engines – and we develop The Culture Map to help organisations design an innovation culture. In 2020, we launch our Growth Portfolio and a new version of our platform, allowing companies to immediately apply and use our world class methodology and process at scale.
