Als Kondylus (altgriechisch κόνδυλος Kondylos, deutsch ‚Faust‘, ‚Knolle‘, ‚Knorren‘ oder ‚Knöchel‘) bezeichnet man in der Anatomie den knöchernen Teil eines Gelenks, der auch als Gelenkfortsatz oder Gelenkknorren genannt wird. Knochenvorsprünge in der Nähe des Kondylus werden als Epikondylus bezeichnet.
