Danny Chan Bak-keung (7 September 1958- 25 October 1993) was a popular 1980s cantopop singer, composer and actor in Hong Kong with origins in Taishan, Guangdong. 　　八十年代曾被萬千寵愛的一顆閃亮明星，深受那一代的女孩所鍾愛，可惜英年早逝，享年三十五歲。 　　1958年出生的Danny，生長在一個小康之家，父親經營鐘錶店。原來Danny是一名電子琴高手，1977年參加「香港山葉電子琴比賽」，奪得冠軍，同年在無線舉辦的「香港流行歌曲創作大賽」奪得季軍，之後便簽約EMI正式加入樂壇。 　　1979年推出處女大碟「眼淚為你流」，Danny當年出道時鄰家男孩般健康、親切、斯文的乖仔形象，配合率直真摯的大熱歌曲「眼淚為你流」，實在深入民心，大受歡迎。 　　1980年推出了上一張碟的續集「不再流淚」，之後又推出了多張精彩大碟，總括79-83年的早期歲月裡，歌曲風格是相當的清新，那種典雅、健康的樂風，令人深深懷念七、八十年代初那種純樸日
