Das Siebbein (lat. Os ethmoidale oder Os ethmoides) ist ein Knochen des Hirnschädels. Er liegt am Ende der Nasenhöhle an der Grenze zur Schädelhöhle in der Tiefe und ist daher bei äußerer Betrachtung des Schädels nicht sichtbar.
