Johann Friedrich Franz Burgmüller, född 4 december 1806 i Regensburg, död 13 februari 1874 i Beaulieu vid Marolles-en-Hurepoix, Essonne, var en tysk tonsättare. Han var bror till Norbert Burgmüller. Burgmüller blev bland pianister främst känd genom sina Kinder-Etüden.

Johann Friedrich Franz Burgmüller (December 4, 1806 - February 13, 1874) was a German pianist and composer. He was born in Regensburg, Germany. Both his father, August, and his brother, Norbert, were musicians. His father, a musical theater director in Weimar and other Southern German Centers. In 1836, Johann moved to Paris where he stayed until his death. There, he adopted Parisan music and developed his trademark, light style of playing.
