Grobya is een geslacht met vijf soorten orchideeën uit de onderfamilie Epidendroideae. Het zijn kleine epifytische planten uit het zuidoosten en zuiden van Brazilië en uit Ecuador, die voorkomen in open tot schaduwrijke regenwouden. De bloemen zijn niet-geresupineerd, klein maar kleurrijk.
