Guillaume Dufay, também Du Fay ou Du Fayt (Beersel 5 de agosto de 1397? — Cambrai, 27 de novembro de 1474) foi um compositor do início do Renascimento, da escola franco-flamenga. Figura central da Escola da Borgonha, considerado o mais famoso e influente compositor da primeira metade do século XV e um dos nomes mais importantes do período de transição da música medieval para a renascentista. Guillaume Dufay representou a primeira geração da Escola Borgonhesa. Seu modelo de missa polifônica, baseada no cantus firmus, teve grande aceitação entre os músicos até o final do século XVI.
