Heidi Parviainen is a female soprano singer from Espoo, Finland and currently the singer of Finnish symphonic power metal band Amberian Dawn. Previously she was in a band called Iconofear. Heidi started taking piano lessons at the age of 11 and taking classical singing lessons at the age of 14. In 1997, in her high school days, a couple of guys from a high school band asked her to sing on their EP.
