Kuhikugu
thumb|Kuhikugu map Kuhikugu is an archaeological site located in Brazil, at the headwaters of the Xingu River, in the Amazon rainforest. The area around Kuhikugu is located in part of the Xingu National Park today. Kuhikugu was first uncovered by anthropologist Michael Heckenberger, working alongside the local Kuikuro people, who are the likely descendants of the original inhabitants of Kuhikugu.

Kuhikugu (van het Kuikurovolk) is een archeologische site in Brazilië, aan de bovenloop van de rivier Xingu, in het Amazoneregenwoud. Het gebied rond Kuhikugu maakt deel uit van het Xingu National park. Kuhikugu werd voor het eerst ontdekt door antropoloog , die met het plaatselijke Kuikurovolk samenwerkte, waarschijnlijk de afstammelingen van de originele Arowaakse en Caribische bewoners.
