Louis Favre is a french drummer who, 4 years ago, came from Perpignan to Brussels to study music with Dré Pallemaerts and Pierre Van Dormael at the Lemmens Institute, Leuven. He started EGON with 4 great musicians/friends from the flemish jazz scene to play his music. EGON is Louis Favre's project. Louis Favre, né le 27 janvier 1826 à Chêne-Thônex (actuelle Chêne-Bourg) et mort le 19 juillet 1879 à Göschenen, est un architecte et entrepreneur suisse, spécialiste des travaux publics, des chemins de fer en particulier, à qui l'on doit entre autres le premier tunnel ferroviaire du Saint-Gothard.
