Louis Favre is a french drummer who, 4 years ago, came from Perpignan to Brussels to study music with Dré Pallemaerts and Pierre Van Dormael at the Lemmens Institute, Leuven. He started EGON with 4 great musicians/friends from the flemish jazz scene to play his music. EGON is Louis Favre's project. Louis Favre (ur. 26 stycznia 1826 w Chêne-Bourg, zm. 19 lipca 1879 w Göschenen) – szwajcarski inżynier. Sprawował nadzór nad budową Tunelu Świętego Gotarda położonego w Alpach Szwajcarskich na linii Gotthardbahn. Zmarł tragicznie na atak serca wewnątrz tunelu.
