Neuf-Brisach är en befäst stad och kommun i departementet Haut-Rhin i regionen Grand Est (tidigare regionen Alsace) i nordöstra Frankrike. Kommunen ligger i kantonen som tillhör arrondissementet Colmar. Befästningen anlades med avsikten att skydda gränsen mellan Frankrike och det Tysk-romerska riket, och därmed de tyska staterna. Det byggdes som ett resultat av freden i Rijswijk som resulterade i förlusten av staden Breisach, precis på andra sidan av floden Rhen. Stadens namn betyder Nya Breisach. År 2019 hade Neuf-Brisach 1 963 invånare. Idag är staden ett världsarv.
